Amara was founded and structured by a major German organization to serve as a neutral, global platform for systemic work in Lebanon. From Germany, we build bridges, between institutions, between disciplines, and between diaspora and homeland.

Who do you work with?
We work with educators, engineers, technologists, scientists, researchers, and designers, both in Lebanon and around the world. We also collaborate with local institutions, municipalities, and research centers to ensure our work is grounded and scalable.

We welcome knowledge from many disciplines. Currently, we are most active in areas like computer science, electrical engineering, agricultural technology, chemistry, sustainable energy, digital education, and systems design.
